We’re located in Wayanad, specifically out in Pulppally at Subin Baby’s place in Pulivelil, Seethamount. It’s a bit of a different setting for a BPO than what you usually find in the big cities. Out here, things move a little slower, which we actually appreciate. It’s quiet, mostly green, and has a very different vibe. We work from this spot and handle whatever comes our way. It isn't a corporate park with security guards and badges. It’s just a house where we’ve set up our equipment. My name is on the door, and we try to keep things simple and direct. The air is better here, and it makes the workday feel a bit less heavy. We’ve been operating from Pulppally for some time now. People in the village know us, and we know them. It’s a community. We do our work, talk to our clients, and try to make sure everything runs smoothly without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes the internet acts up when there’s a big storm, but that’s part of living in this part of the country. We just get back to it when things clear up. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to do a decent job from our corner of the world. It’s peaceful here, and that helps us stay focused on the tasks we have at hand every day.
