You can find us at number 80 on 3rd Cross in Doddamma Layout. Our office is based in Bangalore, right in the middle of all the tech stuff happening in Karnataka. Sparsh Bpo is basically an office where we handle a lot of calls and data work for other businesses. It’s a busy environment with people on headsets and computers running all day long. We aren't a giant corporation with a glass skyscraper; we are just here in the layout doing our daily tasks. The office is functional and gets the job done. We’ve got a team that comes in shifts because the work doesn’t really stop. Bangalore traffic can be a nightmare, so getting to the 3rd Cross can take some time depending on when you leave for work. We started this because there was a need for extra hands to help companies manage their back-end work. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or corporate retreats. We just focus on the screens and the phones. It’s honest work and it keeps a lot of young people employed in the neighborhood. Some days are stressful when the systems go down or the volume is high, but we manage. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know us. It’s just a regular BPO setup where we try to do right by the people we work for. We just keep our heads down and keep going through the tasks.
