Spantana Technologies Pvt Ltd is based out of Electronic City, specifically in the Garve Palya area at number 41287. It’s a long way out for some of us, but that’s where the tech hub is, so it makes sense. The building we are in is practical and does the job for what we need. We spend our hours working on various technology projects, often sitting at our desks for long stretches with headphones on. Getting here through the city traffic is a bit of a trek, but once you’re inside, it’s just a normal workplace with a bunch of computers and a small break area. Modern office perks like beanbags or ping-pong tables aren't found here. Instead, we just have desks, chairs, and enough light to see what we are doing. The atmosphere is generally quiet, though meetings happen when something needs to be sorted out quickly. Garve Palya has its own local feel even though it’s part of the bigger Electronic City area. Snacks are usually grabbed from the vendors outside or people bring their own tiffin boxes. There isn't a lot of mystery to what we do here; it’s just steady work on tech stuff that keeps us busy from Monday to Friday. This rhythm has become normal for us and it works well for the team we have.
