Our place is the Sift Academy over at 144, 5th Cross in Prashanthi Layout. It’s right on K Narayanpura Road, out in the Thanisandra area. It’s a bit of a drive for some of us, but the neighborhood is fairly green compared to the center of the city. We have a good amount of space here for the training sessions and the management work for Spaces India Facilities Management And Training Pvt. Ltd. Since we are on the 5th Cross, it’s tucked away enough that we don’t get all the noise from the main road. The building itself is pretty functional. We have some classrooms for the training side of things and then the office area where the management staff sits. There’s a lot of coming and going throughout the day. You’ll see people in uniform or folks coming in for their certifications. It’s a very active spot. We have a small break area where everyone gathers for lunch, and that’s usually when the place is loudest with everyone chatting. The K Narayanpura Road has changed a lot since we first moved in here, with more shops and houses popping up every month. We’ve got a steady rhythm going now. It’s about making sure the trainees are ready and the facilities are running like they should. Nothing fancy, just a dedicated bunch of people working out of a quiet corner of Thanisandra.
