We've been at Venkatadri Layout for a while now. Electronic City is busy, and we just try to keep up with the demand. It’s mostly about showing up on time and making sure people feel okay about their property. We started small, just a few of us here near Parappana Agrahara. The traffic around here is usually a mess, but we manage to get things done. My brother and I handled everything at first, from the paperwork to visiting sites. Now we have more staff, but the goal is the same. Just straightforward work. We don't have a fancy office, just a desk and some chairs at No- 69. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out meeting guards at different buildings. It’s not glamorous work, and sometimes things go wrong, like someone calling out sick last minute. We just find a way to fix it. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they need a hand with security. We don't do big advertisements. Word of mouth usually works best for us. If someone isn't happy, they tell us, and we try to do better next time. That's just how it goes in this part of town. We’re just local people trying to run a decent business. We don't promise miracles, just a steady presence and someone to answer the phone when you have a question about the gate or the night shift. It keeps us busy and pays the bills.
