Our office is over at Ishwara Kripa, No-21, in Benson Town. It’s a nice, older part of the city with a lot of character. We’ve been working from this building for several years now. Ccl Management and Allied Services is basically just a group of us who handle various facility needs for buildings around here. It ranges from cleaning to security and other maintenance tasks. We don't try to overcomplicate things. If a drain is clogged or a guard is missing, we just get it sorted. We aren't the type of company that sends out glossy brochures every month. Most of our clients come to us because they heard about us from someone else. We spend a lot of time on the road, going between different sites in the neighborhood. Benson Town is a tight-knit community, and we like being part of it. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we manage. We aren't a huge multinational corporation. When you call us, you usually get one of the owners or the main manager on the phone. It’s personal that way. We just want to keep things running smoothly for the people who live and work in the buildings we manage. It’s a lot of small details, but they all matter in the end. We've stayed in this line of work because we enjoy the variety and the fact that no two days are ever quite the same. It’s just us doing our thing.
