You can find Sp Plus Technology Labs Private Limited at No. 43 in Electronic City, Phase I. We are right off Hosur Road in that big tech hub part of Bangalore. Being in Electronic City means there are always a lot of people around and plenty of traffic to deal with on the way in. Our office is a straightforward space. It is not one of those massive campuses you see some of the bigger companies having. We just have our floor where we set up our labs and workstations. Most of the time, the team is busy with various technical projects. It gets pretty focused in here. We do not really do the whole corporate culture thing with big meetings or motivational posters. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. The area is full of places to get food, so lunch is usually a quick trip out. We have been at No. 43 for a while now. It is a good location for a technology lab because everything we might need is nearby. The office is usually filled with the sound of typing and some quiet chatter. It is a very practical environment for us. We do not try to be anything we are not. We are just a bunch of people working on tech stuff in a busy part of town. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, but that is just part of being in a busy area like Phase I.
