Our office is located at 49/38 in Kundalahalli, specifically in the Lakshminarayanapura area, right near the AECS Layout. It is a busy part of town with a lot of new buildings going up all the time. We spend most of our day looking at site plans or talking to contractors on the phone. There are always stacks of papers and blueprints sitting on the desks. Sometimes people drop by to ask about apartment prices or when a specific project will be finished. We try to give them straight answers. The traffic near Kundalahalli can be quite a mess, so we usually stay put in the office during the peak hours. It is not a very quiet place because of the construction noise nearby and the phones ringing. We have a few rooms where we sit and discuss how to get the materials to the sites on time. Dealing with infrastructure means a lot of technical details and making sure the permits are in order. It is hard work and sometimes things get delayed, which is frustrating for everyone. We just keep at it day by day. The team knows the neighborhood well since we have been around this part of Bangalore for a good bit of time. It is a functional space, nothing too special to look at, just a place where we manage the projects and try to keep things moving forward according to the schedule. It is a lot of coordination between different departments.
