South Eastern Roadways

South Eastern Roadways has its home at Krishna Kuteer. We are situated in the Indian Express Layout, over in the Virupakshpur part of Kodigeihalli, Bangalore. It is a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't from this side of town. The office is in a residential-looking building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those big industrial parks. We mostly deal with transport and moving goods across the roads. There are maps pinned to the walls and logbooks scattered across the main table. The light in the office is a bit dim in the afternoons, but it keeps the heat down. We spend most of our time talking to drivers or coordinating with people about pickups. It is the kind of business where your hands might get a bit dirty from checking on things. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If you walk in, you’re likely to see someone drinking tea or arguing over a route map. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, except for the sound of our own vehicles now and then. We’ve been operating out of Kodigeihalli for a long time. It’s a practical setup. We don't use much technology beyond what is necessary to track the trucks. It’s about knowing the roads and the timing. We just keep things moving as best as we can from our little spot at Krishna Kuteer.
