We are based over at Gem Plaza, specifically 66 Infantry Road on M B T Street, right by the J M Road Cross. Souparnika Developers Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this building for quite some time now. Our office is tucked away in a busy part of town, which means there’s always something going on outside our windows. We handle a lot of paperwork here regarding land and buildings. It’s a lot of back and forth with contractors and architects. Some days are quieter than others when everyone is out at the sites, but usually, there's a few of us here making calls. The office itself is pretty standard, nothing too flashy, just what we need to get the job done. Being near J M Road Cross is convenient for meetings, even if the traffic can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour. We’ve been through various projects and each one has its own set of headaches and rewards. It’s hard work and involves a lot of patience. We deal with all the permits and the planning stuff that goes into construction. We’ve seen the skyline change around Infantry Road quite a bit since we started. Most of our time is spent looking at blueprints or talking to the guys on the ground. It’s just how we earn our living, keeping the projects moving along as best as we can. It isn't always easy, but we stay busy.
