You can find us at 702, 13th Cross in J.P Nagar, which is a busy area in the southern part of Bangalore. We’re on the 32nd Main road. It’s an Sotc branch, so we spend our days looking at maps, flight schedules, and holiday packages for different people. The office is on a higher floor, so we get a decent view of the rooftops and the trees in the surrounding neighborhood. J.P Nagar has changed a lot lately with new shops, but our corner still feels familiar. It gets quite hectic during the summer months when everyone wants to go on a trip at the same time. We have brochures stacked everywhere and the phones never seem to stop ringing from morning till evening. It’s not a polished corporate environment; there are usually half-empty tea cups on the desks and stacks of travel documents waiting to be sorted. We just try to help folks figure out where they want to go without making the whole process too complicated. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we know how to handle the glitches that always come up with travel plans. We don't have any big speeches to give to anyone. We just sit at our desks, talk to the customers who walk in, and try to get the bookings handled. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us on our toes every single day. We like being in this part of Bangalore because it feels like a real community.
