Sotc

Our office for Sotc is located at 507, 1st A Main in Kasturinagar. We are on the 3rd Cross, right near the East NGEF area. Bangalore is a big city, but this corner feels a bit more like a community. We have a small team here working out of this space. It's not a huge building, just a regular office setup where we handle travel bookings. The traffic outside on the main road can be a nightmare, so we are glad to be tucked back a little bit. We spend our days staring at maps and price lists. People come in wanting to see the world, and we sit with them to figure out the dates. It involves a lot of typing and sometimes waiting on hold for a long time. We have a few plants in the corner that we sometimes forget to water, and the desks are usually covered in notebooks. We don't have a corporate script we follow. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because often they are. It is about getting the details right so nobody gets stuck at an airport. We stay busy with the phones and the emails, and we just try to keep everything organized in our own way. It is a lot of work but we get through it together as a team.
