S.O.T.C is right on Hapur Road, just across from Modipon Ltd. It’s a spot that’s easy to find if you know the landmark. We’ve got a foot in a few places, with connections back to Bangalore too, even if we are physically here in the 201204 area right now. It gets busy on the road outside with all the trucks and people going to work. Inside, we just handle the paperwork and the bookings. There’s always someone on the phone or looking at a map. It’s a bit of a mix of things. We don’t spend much time on decorations. The desks are a bit cluttered and the chairs are older, but they work fine. We’ve been helping people figure out their travel stuff for a long time. People come in with a lot of questions about where to go and how to get there. We just give them the facts. No fancy talk or anything. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait, which gives us time to catch up on local news. It’s a small team here. We know the regulars who stop by on their way home. It’s just a normal office on a busy road. We try to keep the coffee pot full because it’s a long day usually. The address might look a bit confusing on paper with the Bangalore mention, but we are right here across from the factory. We usually stay open until about six.
