Sotc

We are Sotc. Our main way of doing things is through the phones. We have a few numbers we use like 080-66284444 and these other ones, 9986231562 and 9844202208. It’s a busy office with phones ringing all the time. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is talking to different people at once. We don’t have a street address listed here in our current files, so we just focus on taking calls and sorting out travel plans for people from wherever we are sitting. My desk is covered in sticky notes with these phone numbers and some names written down. We spend the whole day answering questions and trying to figure out travel schedules. It’s a lot of sitting in chairs and talking into headsets. We have a small break room where we get our coffee and snacks. The office is just a regular room with a lot of wires and computers. It’s not a fancy place where people walk in off the street. It’s more of a behind-the-scenes operation. We’ve been using these same numbers for a long time, so a lot of regular people have them saved in their own phones. Sometimes the lines get busy and people have to wait on hold, but we try to get to everyone eventually. It’s just us and the phones, day in and day out. We don’t have any big signs or a storefront. We just do our work through the lines and hope for the best with the calls. It is a long day usually.
