We are located at 1094 Sadar Patrappa Road, which most people just call SP Road. We are inside the SPA Plaza on OTC Road. If you have ever been to SP Road, you know it’s a maze of electronics and computer parts. Our shop is just one of many, but we have been here long enough to know everyone. There are cables hanging everywhere and boxes of motherboards stacked up to the ceiling. It’s a bit cramped inside, especially when we have a few customers at the counter. We spend the day troubleshooting hardware or putting together new systems for people. Sometimes it’s just a broken screen or a laptop that won't start. We don't have a lot of space for a fancy display, so we just keep the stock wherever it fits. The noise from the street outside is constant, with people honking and shouting. We just focus on the machines in front of us. It’s a lot of tiny screws and delicate parts. Our hands are usually a bit dusty from cleaning out old fans. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to explain what’s wrong with a computer. We just tell you what needs to be fixed and how long it will take. It’s a fast-paced environment and we are always busy with something. We like it that way even if it’s a bit chaotic at times.
