Software Factory India Ltd Banglore is located on the 1st floor of 2656, 25C Main in HSR Layout, Sector 1. HSR is a huge area for startups and tech people, so there’s always something happening on 16th Cross. Our building is right on the main road, which makes it easy to find but a bit noisy with all the traffic. The office itself is a decent size. We have rows of desks and some whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles. We call it a factory, but it’s just a bunch of us sitting at computers all day. It’s a busy environment. There’s always someone talking or a phone ringing. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a good while. The 1st floor has a nice view of the street, so you can see the tea stalls and the food delivery guys zipping around. We don't have any of those fancy office perks like bean bags or game rooms. We just have a break area with a kettle and a fridge. It’s a straightforward place to work. People come in, do their shift, and go home. We deal with a lot of different software projects, so things change from week to week. It can get a bit cramped when we have everyone in at once, but we make it work. It’s a real working office in a very busy part of town. The commute is the only hard part.
