Softree India is located at number 63 on 5th Cross in Malleshwaram. This part of the city has a lot of old charm, and we really like being here. The office is in a building that has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. We do our software work from here every day. Malleshwaram is known for its narrow streets and good food, so lunch is always the highlight of the day. We are just a small team. There’s no big hierarchy or anything. We all just sit together and work on different projects. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living in this area. We have a few old fans that keep the air moving when it gets hot. It’s a very practical workspace. We don't spend money on fancy furniture. We’d rather just have good computers. Most people who work here have been around for years. We know each other's habits and how everyone likes their coffee. It’s a comfortable place to be. If you’re looking for us, 5th Cross is the place to be. We just handle the tech side of things and try not to make it too complicated. It’s just honest work in a nice neighborhood. We don't ask for much more than that. It works.
