We like the fact that we can just open a window and not hear constant sirens or heavy machinery. The office is set up simply with what we need to get through the workday. There isn't a reception desk with a person waiting there; it is just us. We share the space and keep things organized as best as we can. Sometimes we have lunch together in the small kitchen area. It is a very practical way to run things. The apartment building is well-maintained and our neighbors are mostly families or other small setups.
