Softlines

We are located in the Subhash Complex, which is at 72 Avenue Road on the corner of NDA Road and Chandani Chowk. Our office is on the second floor, so you have to walk up the stairs since there is no elevator in this building. The complex is quite old and has that busy, crowded feel you get in the older commercial districts. We have been here for a long time and our office is filled with years of files, old computers, and mismatched furniture. It is definitely not a modern, glass-walled office. We are right in the middle of a very active market area, so there is always a lot of shouting and noise from the street vendors below. We have some fans to keep the place cool, but it can still get quite warm in the summer months. Most of our work is done on the computers, handling various digital tasks and paperwork. We have a small corner for making tea, and that is where we usually gather for a few minutes in the afternoon. The windows are small and look out over the rooftops of the neighboring shops. It is a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we make it work. We like the energy of being in the center of things where there is always something happening. It is a down-to-earth place to do business.
