Our base is in the Peenya Industrial Area, and we’ve been here at 300/B for quite some time now. Softel Technologies Pvt Ltd is the name on our front door, though most people around here just know us as the tech guys in the back. It’s an industrial spot, so there is always a bit of dust and the sound of machinery from the neighboring units, but we don't mind it much. Our office is strictly functional; we have desks, some decent computers, and a small area where we make coffee and eat lunch. We aren't the kind of place with bean bags or a gaming room. We just focus on the code and the technical tasks we have in front of us. The commute from Borivili West can be a bit of a grind when the traffic is bad, but we’ve got a good rhythm going once we all get in. We don't bother with fancy slogans because the work usually speaks for itself. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a chance to actually talk to each other instead of staring at screens. We’ve known our neighbors for years and it feels like a solid community. We just want the software we build to run smoothly without any hiccups. It’s a real business with real deadlines, and we just do our best to meet them every day.
