Soft System Solutions is tucked away in Kalasipalyam at F/497. If you know Kalasipalyam, you know it's always moving and there’s always noise. Our place is right in the middle of all that. We have been here for a long time, dealing with systems and software stuff for the local businesses nearby. The office is small and the shelves are packed with old manuals and parts we might need someday. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find fancy carpets or modern art. We just have sturdy tables and some good chairs because we sit a lot. The street outside is usually full of carts and people selling things. It’s a lively spot, even if it gets a bit dusty. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all have to take a break and wait. We handle a lot of different requests every day. Some people want help with their computers, others need bigger systems looked at. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just take a look and see if we can help. Being at F/497 means we are close to everything, which is handy for getting parts. We've got a small kettle in the back for making coffee when the work gets long. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people trying to figure out technical problems. We don't have a big marketing department, just us and our tools. We stay busy enough without needing to brag about it to anyone who walks past the door.
