We are based out of Flat 313 in the Shravanthi Graces Apartments. It’s located on the 2nd Cross in Thimappareddy Layout, just off the BGT Road. Bangalore traffic can be a nightmare, so we’re glad to be in this little pocket. Socrates Management Solutions And Soft Skills is quite a long name for such a small setup. We use one of the rooms as a training area and the other for our desks. The apartment is usually quiet, except when the neighbors are moving around upstairs or in the hallway. We talk a lot about communication, but mostly we’re just trying to keep our own schedules straight. There are a lot of files piled up on the dining table we use as a workspace. We drink way too much coffee throughout the day. The Thimappareddy area has changed a lot over the years with new buildings popping up everywhere. We’ve stayed right here in this apartment. It’s not a fancy corporate office with a view. It’s just a place with some whiteboards and a few chairs. We spend time writing out lesson plans and checking our emails. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work, so we have to take the stairs. It’s just a normal, everyday work life for us. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us handling everything from the training to the cleaning. We just keep our heads down and work.
