We've been at No 12, Rajalakshmi Nivas for a bit now. It's in Gate Palaya, over in Shettihalli. If you know Jalahalli West in Bangalore, you probably know the area. It’s a busy part of town but we like it here. There’s usually a lot going on right outside the door, with traffic and people moving about. Being in Karnataka, we deal with the usual noise and the way things move around here. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular spot where we get our work done. We handle things for Sobha Developers from this specific building. Sometimes the post gets mixed up because of how the streets are laid out, but we manage. People stop by when they need to talk about projects or just to drop off papers. It’s a practical setup for us. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look corporate. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and us working through the day. The building is easy enough to find if you're looking for the landmark. We try to keep things straightforward and don't make a big fuss about what we do. It’s just work. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit lately. More houses are going up and the roads get a bit more crowded every year. Still, it’s home for the business. We just focus on the tasks at hand and stay busy. There is always a lot of tea drinking and paper shuffling going on inside these walls.
