We are located at 4 Neeladri Plaza, right on Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road. It’s a busy part of the city near Richmond Circle so there’s always the sound of horns and traffic outside the window. The office is a bit more formal because of the work we do with developers but it’s still just a place where people work hard. We have maps and site plans rolled up on almost every flat surface. There are chairs for visitors but they usually end up covered in files. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at big drawings of buildings. The windows look out onto the street and you can see the city moving all day long. We have a small pantry where someone is always making tea or heating up lunch. It’s not a quiet place. There is always someone coming in with a delivery or a question about a project. We try to keep things organized but when you’re dealing with construction and development, things get messy. We’ve been at this address for a long time and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things are moving forward. We don't have any fancy slogans, just a lot of work to get through before the day is over.
