Our office is located at No. 709/8, which is on the 5th Cross in Chandramma Layout, Banaswadi. This is a quieter part of Bangalore compared to the city center, which we mostly appreciate. The office is a fairly simple building. We have a few rooms where we handle our daily work for Sobha Developers. It’s not the kind of place with a big shiny sign or a glass front. We just have our desks, our computers, and a lot of folders. The 5th Cross is easy enough to find once you’re in Chandramma Layout. We have a small team here, and we all know each other’s families and what everyone is up to. It makes for a friendly atmosphere, even when we’re under pressure to meet a deadline. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but we just deal with it and keep going. We don't have a lot of corporate rules about how to dress or talk; we just focus on getting the work done right. Most days involve a lot of checking and re-checking documents. We usually have our lunch together in the small break area. It’s a very ordinary, hardworking environment where we just focus on the practical side of the business every single day. We try to keep the atmosphere light so the day goes by faster while we get everything finished.
