Our Bangalore office for Sobha Developers Ltd is located at number 33 on 1st C Cross. It is a bit of a mouthful to explain the address because it is also on 3rd B Main, in the 5th Block of Banashankari 3rd Stage. This is the 560085 area, which is a fairly established part of the city. The streets here are lined with trees, though the traffic on the main roads nearby is always a challenge. We have a small office space that we have used for quite some time now. It is filled with the usual things you would expect—computer monitors, some old printers, and plenty of pens that never seem to work when you need them. We spend a lot of time coordinating with the teams out at the different sites across Karnataka. The office does not have any flashy decorations; we just have a few photos of our completed buildings on the wall. We have got a small kettle for making tea, and that is about the extent of our kitchen. It is a very functional place where we focus on the numbers and the logistics of our developments. People often get lost trying to find the specific cross and main street, so we usually have to go out to the corner to wave them in. It is a humble spot, but it is where all the planning and hard work happens before the first brick is even laid.
