Sobha Developers Ltd

The office for Sobha Developers Ltd is located at No 43 on Ramamandira Road in Kaverinagar. Being here in the Kathriguppe part of Bangalore means we are always right in the middle of everything. The road outside is usually packed with bikes and cars, and you can hear the horns honking all day long. Inside, things are a bit more focused, but still busy. We have a lot of blueprints and documents lying around on the big tables. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how the printer likes to jam and who takes the last of the milk. It’t a very corporate feeling place, even though the name sounds big. We just feel like a local team working on local things. Lunchtimes are usually spent sharing food from home and talking about the news. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and some project photos. It’s hard work sometimes, dealing with all the permits and the planning details, and some days are definitely longer than others. We just try to keep things moving forward and make sure the files are in the right place. It is a plain office where we do our daily jobs without too much fuss or any of those complicated business words people use.
