Sobha Developers Ltd is based at No:36, New Street. This is over in Pathikaran Patti, which is part of Thimiri in the Arcot Taluk area. We are right there in the Vellore District of Tamil Nadu. The street itself is just a normal road with people going about their lives. It can get pretty hot during the summer months, which is just how it is in this part of the state. Our building at number 36 is where we spend most of our time. It is a practical space for what we need to do. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or anything. It’s just a place to work. Being in Arcot Taluk gives us a specific kind of local feel. You see the same faces every day and you get used to the sounds of the neighborhood. New Street isn't always new, but it is where we are. We have stayed here because it works for us. Getting mail and deliveries is usually fine once the drivers find the right turn-off. It’s a simple setup for Sobha Developers Ltd. We don't try to make it seem like more than it is. It’s just an office on a street in a small town. We like the local vibe and the way things move around here. It is a bit different from the big city bustle, and we are fine with that.
