Our place is at 27/A in Akkaihmma Layout. It’s near the M. S. Nagar Post in Bangalore. The zip code is 560033. We’re known as Sobha Developers Ltd. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the city center, which we actually prefer. We work on various construction and housing developments. The office is usually a bit chaotic with all the different projects going on at once. We’ve got files stacked up and samples of flooring or tiles laying around for people to look at. We aren't the type to put on a big show. We just show up and get through the tasks for the day. Being in an "A" layout means we have a bit of space, but it’s still a working environment. We don't spend money on fancy marketing stuff. Most people find us because they saw our signs at a construction site or heard about us from someone else. Bangalore is always growing, and we’re just a small part of that process. Sometimes the monsoon rains slow us down, but we just pick back up where we left off. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar with a lot of deadlines. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. We just focus on the practical side of building and try to keep things moving. It isn't always perfect, but we put in the time.
