Down on 9th Main Road in Banashankari 2nd Stage, you'll find our office. It’s at 2447. We go by Sobha Developer. Bangalore is a big place, but we’ve stuck to this corner of Karnataka for our daily operations. We deal with building and development, which means there’s always a lot of paperwork and site plans sitting on the desks. Our office isn't one of those glass towers; it’s a practical space where we can actually get stuff done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites to see how things are moving along. The traffic in Banashankari can be a nightmare in the evenings, but it's a good area to be in. We’ve got a small team here. We aren't into the whole corporate "vision" thing. We just focus on the bricks and the cement and making sure the measurements are right. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or a supplier issue, and we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve been part of the 560070 neighborhood for a while now. Most people know us as the folks who are always looking at maps and construction schedules. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We keep it simple and just focus on the physical work of building. It’s not always glamorous, but seeing a project finally finished is what keeps us coming back here every morning.
