Snr Infotek is tucked away in Sanjay Nagar, near the Ayyappa Bakery in Teachers Colony. It’s a nice little spot in Bhoopsandra. We handle a lot of different things related to technology and information. Mostly, we help people with their computer needs or provide some training. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we get to know the people who come through our doors. Our office is simple, with just the essentials we need to get through the day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Bangalore, just a reliable one for the folks in this layout. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic on 5th Cross is a mess, but we manage. We’ve been here for a bit now and have seen the neighborhood grow. It’s a lot of typing, troubleshooting, and talking to customers about what they need. We don't use scripts or fancy marketing talk. We just listen and then try to help. It’s a practical way to run a business. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us, which is the best way, really. We’re just a group of people who know our way around a computer and want to make things easier for others. If you’re near Badrappa Layout, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. We’re just here doing our thing day in and day out.
