Being in a shared workspace means there’s always people moving around and a lot of energy in the building. It’s a bit different from having your own private building, but we like the vibe. The 5th floor has a good view of the traffic below, which is always crawling on Bannerghatta Road. We have our own section where we keep our stuff. It’s not huge, but it fits our team just fine. We use the common areas for our lunch breaks and sometimes for meetings if our desk area gets too crowded. The commute here is the toughest part because the road is always under construction or just packed with buses. Once you're inside, it’s much better. There’s always free coffee in the pantry, which we probably drink too much of. We’ve been here for a while and have seen other companies come and go. We just stay focused on our computers and try to ignore the noise from the other teams. It’s a modern way to work, I suppose, with the shared desks and the open layout.
