We are located over at No 7 on the 9th Cross in Saraswathi Puram. This is part of Nandhini Layout in Bangalore, so it’s a pretty well-known residential area. Snosborn Technology India Private Limited operates out of this building, and it feels more like a home-turned-office than a big corporate center. It’s tucked away in a side street, so it’s actually quite peaceful most of the time. You won't hear much besides the occasional delivery bike or neighbors talking. Inside, we’ve set up our workstations wherever they fit best. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, but we make it work. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, which is where most of the office gossip happens. The 560096 pin code area is nice because it’s not as chaotic as the main city hubs. Most of us appreciate the slower pace here. We don't have big glass windows or a lobby. It’s just a regular door with our name on it. We spend our days coding and talking through projects. Sometimes we sit on the steps outside for a bit of fresh air. It’s an honest place where we just focus on the job at hand. No one wears suits here; it's mostly jeans and t-shirts. It’s just a small team trying to keep things moving forward without any extra drama or complicated rules. It works for us.
