Sneha is our little business based in Banashankari. If you know Bangalore, you know Banashankari is a huge area, but we are settled in the part labeled Bangalore 85. We don't have a massive building with a glowing sign. It’s just a local spot where we get things done. We’ve been around for some time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. More traffic, more shops, but we’re still here. Our work is pretty straightforward. We don't try to complicate things with marketing talk. We just show up, open the doors, and start the day. Sometimes people walk in just to ask for directions because we’re a familiar face on the street. We don't mind. It’s part of being in a community. The office is a bit lived-in, with mismatched chairs and stacks of notebooks. It feels like a real place because it is. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy decor. We just want to do a decent job so people come back. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy. Bangalore is a fast-moving city, but inside our walls, we try to keep things at a manageable pace. We know our regulars and we appreciate the people who support us. There’s no big secret to how we run things. It’s just showing up every day and putting in the effort. We usually keep some biscuits for the stray dogs that hang around the entrance too.
