We are located at 137 JP Nagar, specifically on the 38th Main. If you walk into Smartech Computer Service, the first thing you’ll notice is the smell of solder and maybe a bit of dust. We have computers in various states of being fixed all over our workbenches. Some have the backs off, and others are just waiting for a part to arrive. We’ve been in this part of JP Nagar for a while now, helping folks get their laptops and desktops back in working order. It’s a messy job sometimes, with tiny screws that always seem to roll away when you aren't looking. We aren't a big corporate service center with a fancy waiting room. Most people just stand by the counter and explain what went wrong with their machine. We try to be honest about whether something is worth fixing or if it’s time to get a new one. Sometimes we stay late because a software update is taking longer than expected. The 38th Main can get pretty busy with traffic, but our shop stays focused on the screens in front of us. We don't have a big marketing budget; we just rely on the fact that we've been here a long time and know what we are doing with a motherboard. It’s just us and the machines, trying to make things work again.
