Smart Tech Services is located at 18 Banashankari 3Rd Stage. We are right near the Om Shakthi Temple, which is a great landmark for anyone trying to find us. You can usually hear the temple bells in the mornings and evenings. Our office is a simple place. We have a front area where people can sit, but mostly it is just us at our desks. There is a big calendar on the wall that is usually a month behind because we forget to flip the page. We have a lot of tools and parts scattered around because we are always fixing something. The carpet is a bit worn in the spots where we walk the most. It is not a fancy corporate environment. We mostly wear jeans and t-shirts. If the weather is nice, we leave the front door open to let a breeze in. Sometimes the neighborhood kids play cricket right outside and we have to watch out for the ball. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the afternoon slump. There is no big mission statement on the wall, just some old photos and a clock that runs five minutes fast. We just work on what needs fixing and try to stay organized, even if it does not always look like it. It is a small, local operation and we like it that way. Just people doing their jobs.
