You can find us at the Presidency Building on St. Marks Road, right at the start. It’s a very busy part of the city, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We spend our time looking at maps, booking tickets, and trying to get travel plans sorted out. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We have heaps of brochures that people rarely look at anymore because everything is online, but we keep them anyway. Being on St. Marks Road means we get a lot of walk-ins, people just passing by who decide they want to go somewhere. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls. It’s not always easy, especially when flights get canceled or plans change last minute. We just sit here and try to fix it. We don't use any high-tech systems, just the usual computers and a lot of patience. The building has a bit of character, which we like. It’s much better than being in a boring new office park. We’ve seen the street change over the years, new shops coming and going, but we’re still here at No. 1. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure people have what they need for their trips. We don’t make big promises, we just do the booking work and hope the weather stays good for the travelers. Most of our days are spent on the phone or checking emails.
