Sm Physio Care

Our clinic is located in Jakasandra, which is a part of Koramangala. We are very close to the Wipro Gate, which is the easiest way to describe where we are to anyone who isn't from around here. Koramangala is always moving, but our street is a bit more tucked away. Inside, we have some mats on the floor and some basic machines for exercise and heat therapy. It isn't a gym, but people do have to work hard when they come here. We help people who have hurt their backs or have stiff necks from sitting at their desks all day. Since we are so close to the big offices, we see a lot of tech workers. The space is simple and clean. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, it is just one of us greeting people at the door. There is a small bench for waiting, but we try to keep things on schedule so nobody is sitting there for too long. We talk a lot about posture and stretching. Sometimes the room gets a bit warm in the afternoon, so we turn on the fans. It is a hands-on job, literally. We spend the day moving people's arms and legs and showing them how to get stronger. It is a quiet life in a busy city. We like being near the Wipro Gate because everyone knows the landmark and it makes us easy to find.
