Our place is at 1101/4 Nagarathpet, which is right across from the Hotel Luciya International. If you know that area, you know it’s always crowded and there’s a lot of energy on the streets. We’re right in the middle of all that action. Most of our work involves helping people with their travel needs, whether they are staying at the hotel or just passing through the market. The office is small and we often have people standing around because we don't have much room for seating. We’re usually juggling phone calls while trying to talk to someone standing at the counter. It can be a bit chaotic, but we’ve managed to make it work. We handle a lot of airport drops and local sightseeing trips for visitors who don't know their way around the city. We have a big board where we write down the daily bookings so we don't forget anything. To be honest, it’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. The noise from the street never really stops, so we have to talk a bit louder to be heard. We’ve been at this Nagarathpet address for years, and we’ve seen all sorts of people come and go. It’s a busy life, but we like being right where the heart of the city is, even with all the heat and the constant crowds outside our window.
