Our building is a simple structure that’s seen better days, but it keeps the rain out and gives us a place to work. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting lounge. If someone comes by, they usually just walk right in and talk to whoever is closest to the door. We handle various technical tasks throughout the day. The heat in Trichy can be quite something, especially in the afternoons, so our fans are always humming in the background. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. We eat our lunch together most days and talk about normal things, not just work. It’s a small team and we’ve grown close over the years.
