We’ve been running Slash Solutions Pvt Ltd out of this building called Vinayaka Prasanna for a while now. It’s located at 119/A, Laxman Nilaya, right in the middle of Sanjayanagar in Bangalore. If you know the area, you know how the traffic can get around here, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to get home. Our office isn’t anything fancy. It’s just a practical space where we handle our daily tasks and try to keep things moving. Some of us have been here since the start and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. There are more shops now and it's definitely gotten noisier. We mostly just focus on our work and try to get things done without too much fuss. Usually, the morning starts with everyone filtering in and getting the systems started. We don’t have those big glass walls or anything like you see in the tech parks. It’s more of a local feel here. We know the people at the nearby tea stall pretty well because that’s where most of our breaks happen. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, but that’s just how it is working in this part of Bangalore. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We just show up at 560094 every day and do what needs to be done. It's a simple setup but it works for us.
