We are located at 10/2, 5th Cross in Ejipura, which is right in the heart of Bangalore. If you’ve ever been to Ejipura, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the small streets and turnings. Our office is right there in the middle of it. We work on mansions and housing projects, so we are always thinking about buildings and how people live. The office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a place where we coordinate with contractors and look over floor plans. Bangalore has changed so much since we started, with more traffic and buildings everywhere you look. We have a small team here, and most of us have lived in the city for a long time. We handle the daily grind of permits, supplies, and managing the workers at different locations. It’s not always easy, especially when the rains come and everything slows down. We don’t have a big corporate structure with lots of managers. It is more of a flat setup where everyone chips in with whatever needs doing at the moment. We drink a lot of coffee and spend a lot of time talking through project details. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps us grounded. We just focus on finishing the current job and then moving on to the next one without a lot of noise.
