Out in Varthur, specifically at Unit 569 in Madhuranagar 2nd Stage, is where you will find Skvare Hitech Private Limited. We are located right on Muthsandra Main Road, which gets pretty dusty and loud with all the construction going on in this part of Bangalore. It’s a growing area, that’s for sure. The office itself is just a regular functional space. We don’t have any bean bags or gaming rooms, just desks and chairs. Our team shows up, grabs their coffee, and gets to work. Dealing with the traffic out here near Varthur is a daily challenge we all talk about far too much. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a minute to actually talk to each other instead of just typing. We have a few plants in the corner that someone remembers to water once a week. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't put on any acts for visitors. If you come by, you’ll just see people working and maybe some lunch containers stacked up in the corner. Being at Site No 11/23 puts us right in the middle of all the new developments, so things are always changing outside our windows. We just keep our heads down and focus on what needs doing before the day ends and we head back into the traffic.
