Skillfloor Solutions Private Limited operates from the third floor of Novel Tech Park. That’s at number 46/4 on Kudlu Main Road, right near Kudlu Gate. If you’ve ever tried to navigate the Vgp Layout area in Bangalore, you know how the traffic can get around there. It’s a busy spot, which is good in some ways but a headache during rush hour. Our office is just one of many in the park, but we’ve made it our own over time. Being on the 3rd floor means we get a bit of a view, though mostly it’s just looking out at other buildings and the 560068 neighborhood. We’ve got our computers set up and a small area for breaks. It’s not the kind of place with a lounge or anything. We mostly just focus on the work at hand. People often miss the turn for Novel Tech Park because the road gets so crowded. We’ve had to give directions to delivery drivers more times than I can count. Bangalore is a big city and staying tucked away in a tech park suits us fine. We don't really do the whole corporate ladder thing here. It’s just us doing what we need to do. The air conditioning works most days, which is a relief when the sun is really beating down on the glass windows. We stay pretty busy and keep the coffee pot going.
