We are based out in Peenya, specifically the 1st Stage near the BDA Industrial Suburb. Skemateks Technologies Pvt Ltd has been operating from this spot on SRS Road for a while. Being in an industrial area like Peenya means things are always moving. There’s a lot of noise from the nearby shops and factories, but we’ve gotten used to it. Our space is functional. We have some tech setups and a lot of parts lying around because that’s the nature of our work. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a high-rise downtown. It’s more of a ground-level, hands-on environment. The team here knows their stuff, but we don't go around bragging about it. We just focus on the technical details and making sure the projects we take on actually work. Sometimes the address is a bit hard to find for delivery drivers because of how the roads are laid out here, but we usually just guide them in. It’s a busy place with a lot of grit. We don’t have a big HR department or corporate slogans. We’re just a bunch of people who like working with technology and staying busy in this part of the city. It’s practical, it’s messy sometimes, and it’s how we like to run things. We keep our coffee machine running all day and just try to get through the task list. It isn't always perfect, but we get the job done for our customers.
