Sivean Technologies is located at number 46 on the 7th Cross of Nagarabhavi Main Road. This part of Bangalore is always busy, especially during the morning commute when the buses and bikes are everywhere. Our office is a simple building right on the street. It’s nothing too flashy from the outside, and the inside is much the same. We’ve got a workspace that is mostly functional, with enough room for everyone to sit and do their thing. We spend a lot of time on our computers, so the lighting is usually kept a bit low to avoid glare. There’s a small pantry where we keep our lunches and a kettle for making coffee. It’s a very local operation. Most of us live nearby, so we don't have to deal with the worst of the city's traffic. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy front desk. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see someone working at their desk who will look up and say hello. We handle things as they come and try not to make a big deal out of the small stuff. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers piled up on the corner desk and boxes of old hardware waiting to be moved. It’s a real office where real work happens every day without much fuss. We just try to stay productive and get home on time. It is not always easy with the deadlines, but we do our best.
