We’re based at 120A on Elephant Rock Road in Jayanagar 3rd Block. It’s an interesting name for a street, and it makes it easy for people to find us once they get into the area. Jayanagar is a bit of a maze with all its blocks and crosses, but we’ve settled in nicely here. The office is a straightforward setup. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of computer monitors. Sitero Solutions India is just a group of people who come in every morning to handle technical stuff. There’s a tea stall nearby that we visit almost every afternoon to get a break from the air conditioning. Inside, it’s mostly quiet except for the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We don’t have any big posters or mission statements on the walls. Instead, we have whiteboards covered in scribbles and to-do lists that never seem to get shorter. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t care much about formal dress codes, so you’ll usually see us in jeans and t-shirts. The building itself is older, but it has character. Sometimes the plumbing is a bit temperamental, but we deal with it. It’s a honest place to work where we just focus on getting through the tasks we have in front of us. Usually, we are just glad the internet keeps working.
