Site Engineer

I spend most of my time out in the field around Yeshwanthpur, but the paperwork happens at 4th, 6th A Cross in Subedarpalya. Being a site engineer isn't a fancy desk job. It’s mostly about standing in the sun, making sure the measurements are right and the laborers know what they’re doing for the day. Neyaz Ahmad is the one you’ll usually find coordinating things here. We’ve been at this address for a while now, tucked away near M. Prasanna Kumar’s place. It’s a busy neighborhood, and there is always some project going on nearby. People think engineering is all about big blueprints, but usually, it's just figuring out why the cement didn't show up on time or how to fix a mistake someone made with the foundation. I’ve seen plenty of sites where things go wrong because someone wasn't paying attention to the small details. That’s why I stay on-site as much as I can. The office in Yeshwanthpur 22 is where I keep the drawings and the records, but the real work happens where the dust is. It gets loud and messy, but that is just how construction works. I don't have a big team or a flashy lobby. It is just me and a few guys getting things built properly. We handle the daily grind of checking levels, managing materials, and making sure the structure is solid enough to last. It’s honest work, even if it’s tiring most days.
