Site Engineer

Up in Bangalore, we are located at 102, L.I.C. Colony on Dr. Siddaiah Puranik Road. It’s in the Basaveshwaranagar area, zip code 560079. We operate under the name Site Engineer. Being in a busy city like Bangalore means we are always on the move. Traffic is usually the biggest headache of our day, trying to get from the office to the various building sites across town. We spend a lot of time in the car or on our bikes. The office in the L.I.C. Colony is mostly where we keep our records and blueprints. It’s a bit crowded with rolls of paper and old files. We aren't the type to wear suits or sit in meetings all day. We’d much rather be out where the dust is, talking to the laborers and checking the progress. Sometimes the city sounds are so loud we can barely hear each other, but we manage. We’ve seen Bangalore grow so fast, and being part of the construction side of that is interesting. We just take things one day at a time. If a site has an issue, we go there and try to figure out a practical fix. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time and know the local suppliers well. It makes things a bit smoother when we need materials fast and the deadlines are tight.
