Site Engineer

We work out of the Miracle Electronics area in Bangalore. Being a Site Engineer in a city like this means you are always moving. The traffic is something we deal with every single day just to get from one spot to another. We aren't a big company with a lot of layers. It’s just us, working on the ground and making sure the technical side of things is handled properly. Our base in Bangalore is where we keep our equipment and take care of the logistics. It’s a practical space, nothing more. We spend more time on construction sites than we do in the office anyway. Bangalore is growing so fast, and being part of that growth is interesting, even if it’s just making sure the concrete is poured right or the beams are straight. We talk to the laborers, the contractors, and the owners. It’s a mix of different people every day. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. We just know our job and we do it. Sometimes the rain messes up our schedule, and we have to scramble to catch up, but that’s just part of being on-site. It’s a messy, loud, and demanding job, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task in front of us, trying to stay ahead of the next deadline.
